Look like you —
just more rested,
refreshed, confident.
At Atlantic Aesthetics, every injectable treatment is planned around your anatomy, your goals, and the way your face actually moves. Wrinkle relaxers, hyaluronic acid fillers, Sculptra, PRFM, and Ariessence PDGF+ — all under one roof, with a provider who takes the time to actually know your face.

Botox, Xeomin,
Dysport & Daxxify.
Wrinkle relaxers are prescription medications that temporarily calm the muscle movement behind expression lines — frown lines, forehead creases, crow's feet. When placed precisely, they soften repetitive movement just enough to smooth the line without flattening your expressions or making you look like a different person.
Done well, nobody should be able to tell you had it done. They should just think you look well-rested.

Juvederm, Restylane
& RHA Collection.
Dermal fillers restore or enhance volume in areas that naturally deflate and descend with age. We use premium hyaluronic acid fillers — Juvederm®, Restylane®, and the RHA® Collection — to lift, contour, and hydrate while keeping your features balanced and proportional.
Our philosophy: subtle contour, not overfilled. We build gradually, respect your anatomy, and never chase trends at the expense of natural results.

Sculptra® —
your collagen 401(k).
Sculptra is not a traditional filler. It's a biostimulatory injectable — poly-L-lactic acid — that gradually encourages your own body to build more collagen over time. There's no immediate "filled" look. Instead, volume develops quietly and naturally over a series of months, as though you simply haven't aged the way everyone else has.
Think of it as a long-game investment. If you want the most natural possible outcome and you're willing to be patient, Sculptra is often the most extraordinary result we produce.
- General facial volume loss — cheeks, temples, pre-auricular area
- Softening folds and laxity gradually over time
- Patients who want natural, incremental change — not an instant "filled" look
- Long-term collagen banking as part of a preventive aesthetic plan
PRFM Biofiller —
your own biology, amplified.
PRFM — platelet-rich fibrin matrix — is a next-level form of PRP. We draw a small amount of your blood, process it into a concentrated gel rich in growth factors, and inject it in delicate areas to improve skin quality from the inside out. Think of it as collagen-supporting, skin-thickening "fertilizer" for your tissues — using your own biology, not a synthetic product.
Results are subtle at first. They build gradually as your body responds. And because it's entirely your own, it works harmoniously with everything else we're doing.
- Tear troughs & under-eye hollows with crepey texture
- Fine lines around the mouth or eyes
- Thin, crepey skin on the face, neck, or hands
- Patients seeking a fully natural, bio-stimulating option
- Combination with RF microneedling for a powerful collagen-stimulating duo
Ariessence PDGF+ —
regenerative science,
applied where it matters.
Ariessence is a PDGF+ (platelet-derived growth factor) serum — one of the most advanced regenerative topicals available in aesthetic medicine today. PDGF plays a critical role in cellular repair, collagen production, and tissue regeneration. It's the kind of ingredient that makes your other treatments perform better and your skin recover faster.
Ariessence is not FDA-approved for injection. At Atlantic Aesthetics, we use it as a precision topical add-on — applied during or immediately following procedures to enhance delivery and support skin recovery. It is not administered as an injectable in our practice.

Book Free ConsultBotox — and similar products like Dysport, Xeomin, and Daxxify — relaxes the muscles that create dynamic wrinkles from repeated movement. Dermal fillers, made of hyaluronic acid, restore volume and structure to areas that have hollowed or deflated with age. They do completely different things, and they're often used together. Wrinkle relaxers soften lines; filler replaces lost volume.
Not when it's done correctly. The goal is never to change your face — it's to restore balance, soften features, and maintain your natural expression. At Atlantic Aesthetics, we take an anatomy-based approach and follow the principle of building gradually rather than overfilling. We'd rather you come back for a little more than leave looking "done." Most of our patients get compliments on looking rested and well — not comments about obvious injectables.
Most neurotoxins — Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport — last approximately 3–4 months. This can vary based on your metabolism, the area treated, and the dose used. Daxxify is formulated to last longer and may extend results to 5–6 months in some patients. Consistent treatment tends to maintain results well over time.
It depends on the area and the product used. Lips typically last 6–12 months. Cheeks, jawline, and mid-face filler generally lasts 12–18 months. The under-eye area can vary significantly based on anatomy. Metabolism and lifestyle affect longevity — some patients metabolize filler faster than others. We'll talk through realistic expectations at your consultation.
Jowls develop from a combination of volume loss, ligament laxity, and skin quality changes — so they rarely respond to a single treatment. The most effective approach is usually a combination: filler to restore structure in the mid-face and jawline, Sculptra for gradual collagen stimulation, and skin-tightening treatments like RF microneedling or CO2 laser resurfacing. We'll assess the full picture at your consultation and build a plan from there.
PRFM (platelet-rich fibrin matrix) is derived from your own blood and injected as a biofiller in delicate areas. Ariessence is a PDGF+ serum — platelet-derived growth factor — that we use as a topical treatment enhancer, not an injection. It's applied during procedures like RF microneedling (through the microchannels for enhanced absorption) or immediately post-procedure to support recovery and amplify collagen stimulation. They're complementary but different: PRFM goes in; Ariessence is applied to the surface at a moment when the skin can absorb it most effectively.
That's exactly what the consultation is for. The right choice depends on your anatomy, the nature of the changes you're seeing, your goals, and your timeline. Many patients benefit from more than one product — often in combination with skin-quality treatments. We look at the full picture and give you an honest recommendation, not a sales pitch.
