Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation charge if appointment is changed or cancelled within 24 hours scheduled appointment. We understand life happens, and will not charge this fee if cancellation is explained/ excused. We WILL charge this fee for no-shows. This is to be sure that our time and your time is valued. For these reasons, we do require a credit card on file to book any appointments. The card will never be charged without authorization, other than for reasons stated above.
